How much does Agrivi cost?
Agrivi is charged on a monthly or annual basis by purchasing a product subscription. There is a 14-day trial period in which you can try the product and get familiar with its features and benefits. Please find our product plans and pricing here.
What does 'price per user' mean?
Prices listed in official Agrivi pricing are prices per one user. One user means, access for one user into one Agrivi account. If a client needs more user seats in one Agrivi account, he will need to enter the amount while making the purchase. User seats can be added or deducted at any point in subscription.
Can I change the product plan?
Yes. The product plan can be changed anytime, whether you want to upgrade or downgrade it. To change product plan, click on account settings in the top right corner of your account. Click on Company account and choose Subscription. There you can manage the upgrade or downgrade of your Agrivi account.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro) plus PayPal. You only need to enter your credit card details once and you will automatically be charged each month or year, depending if the plan is monthly or annual.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel the subscription?
There is no contract. You can cancel the subscription anytime by going to Company details page and selecting Cancel subscription button. It is completely risk-free for you.
In what languages is Agrivi FMS available?
Agrivi supports the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Croatian, Serbian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Slovenian, Bahasa Indonesia, Telugu (India) and Japanese.
Is my data secured?
Yes. All of Agrivi’s servers are hosted in secure and audited data centers. All servers are firewalled to permit the minimum traffic necessary to run the service, and access to those servers is limited to Agrivi employees with a legitimate business need. Also, all data is backed-up on a daily basis so your data is always safe.
