Forward Fooding has an extensive ranking mechanism in creating the FoodTech 500 list. In this step, every applicant is graded by their business size score algorithm that predicts business growth. The second area graded is the digital footprint score, and in the final step, applicants are scored for sustainability, with a unique sustainability impact score based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
