Data Processing

We process personal data for the six following purposes:

  • The (technical) maintenance, analytics, and improvement of our website,
  • When we maintain contact with you over the telephone, post, or e-mail regarding our services (e.g. to create our offer) and products,
  • Management of our customer base,
  • The regular business operations,
  • Sending the newsletter via e-mail to our clients, business associates, and persons who gave their consent on our website,
  • Recruitment and employment purposes.

We may also collect business contact information (such as email addresses) from publicly available professional sources and business networking platforms for the purpose of sending relevant business communications and newsletters.

Use of the Website

In order to optimize our services for you, we collect your data through the use of cookies when you visit our website. This data is used anonymously for statistical purposes and to improve our website. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you when cookies are being sent. However, some parts of the website may not function properly if you refuse cookies.

We also use data that you actively provide us with, such as when you register for our newsletter, contact us via our contact form, or apply for a vacancy on our website.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users' needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don't like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users' behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting us.

If you purchase one of our products or services, we will also use your email address to inform you about important updates by email and to advise you on how to get the most out of our products.

If you apply for a job via the contact form on our website we will use your personal data acquired (i.e. Personal Name, E-mail, Phone, which position you are applying for, and an upload space for them to upload your CV) solely for our recruitment and employment purposes and such data are shared, processed by and stored with our partner Talentlyft.

If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, please unsubscribe via the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each e-mail.

You can use the contact form on our website to contact us for cooperation or apply for a job opening.

We may process your business contact information based on our legitimate interest to inform you about products, services, and updates that may be relevant to your professional role or your company's activities. You can opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or by contacting us directly.

Recipients of Personal Data

We do not provide or share any personal data with third parties unless we are legally obligated to do so. We store such data internally in Microsoft Office 365 and Pipedrive CRM, and we keep them protected by state-of-the-art technology.

Transfer of Data

The Internet is a global environment. Using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Any such transfer is made in accordance with regulatory requirements that ensure such transfer and/or country maintains the same level of personal data protection.

We opted for industry-approved storage providers with the highest privacy and data security standards.

Data Retention

We do not store personal data longer than it is necessary for the purpose for which we obtained it. This assessment is based on the type of personal data, the product or service for which we have obtained the data, and what you, as the data subject, may reasonably expect given the nature of our relationship.

Data Security

We have enabled encryption of the traffic on our website. This makes the data traffic between you and our web server unreadable, so third persons have no access to it. We also made sure to secure your data in an appropriate way in all our systems. We do this with all kinds of technical measures (e.g. antivirus, complex passwords, etc.), including the physical security of access to our office, but also with organizational measures.

Your Rights

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data on request and, if necessary, to amend and delete the data. In addition to the right of access, correction, and deletion, you may ask us to restrict the processing of personal data and it is possible to object if you disagree with the processing. Also, in some cases, it is possible to invoke the right to data portability.

In any event, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes that are based on our legitimate interest.

If you have any objections, you can contact the relevant supervisory authority which is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency ("Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka" – AZOP) for the Republic of Croatia.

Privacy Policy Amendments

In the event we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will make an announcement of that fact on our website. If we want to substantially change the purposes of the processing, and the processing is based on your consent, we will first ask you again for consent for those new purposes.
